Division of Manufacturing is situated in the industrial area of the town Bystrice nad Pernstejnem. All the production activities of the company are located in this division. It also serves as a domestic and foreign material and logistic unit for all other divisions and it provides cooperation with other partner companies.Production is oriented to the following commodities:
Compensate switchboards
KCompensate switchboards for automatic reactive power stepwise compensation controlled by reactive power regulator. There are two possibilities - wall design (up to 100 kvar) or box design
Modules for compensation switchboards
Compact box modules for case switchboards
Protective inductors for compensate switchboards
Protective inductors are installing for providing electromagnetic compatibility of stepwise connected static compensation devices. As a standard we offer inductors for compensation sections with dumping factor p = 7 that i.e. resonance frequency 189 Hz. Series of power inductors corresponds to capacitor units with rated voltage 440 V (inductor's rated power = installed power in capacitor units).
By request we offer inductors with dumping factor from 5 up to 14 and rated voltage of up to 1000 V.
Special switchboards for low voltage
We are producing switchboards that need special coverage or switchboards with components that have high requirements on EMC (power connecting and protecting elements, control automats and computers, batteries, etc…). We also provide electromagnetic compatibility of the whole industrial distribution system (special power conductors and cables).
Stepwise connected HV compensators
Compensation devices for applications in large industrial networks or for individual and group compensation of the less loads with high rated powers (pumps, ventilators, mills, centrifuges, etc…)
Manufacturing of other devices
Special devices (prototypes and functional samples) that were developed in Division of Applied Electronics, Virtual Instrumentation or Realization and Design are also produced in Bystrice nad Pejnstejnem.
