About Us
Division of Realization and Design specializes in compensations for low and high voltage levels and complex delivering of substations. We are offering wide experiences in analysis of supplying network, measurements for operation's optimizing and EMC. We undertake the project planning and designing, coordination of constructions, and specialized electrical work on all voltage levels with highly qualified workers. We can provide all kind of engineering supervisions as well as complex and final guarantee tests especially in water supply, metallurgy and glass industry.
Project Pre-design Preparation
We undertake project feasibility studies and analysis, provision of all entry documentation for design preparation of constructions in the electrical power engineering field and EMC. We are using modern programs for calculations of short circuit ratios, voltage, current and losses division under normal running conditions, voltage and current harmonics, frequency characteristics of the network, dimensions of cables, settings and selectivity of protections, electrical characteristics of arc furnace and induction heating, etc...
Project Design Preparation
We are offering all kind of designing and engineering activities for project realization of new constructions or only reconstructions and modernizations in the field of electrical power engineering and EMC.
We provide following services
- Documentation for building permit procedure
- Documentation for construction realization
- Provision of consulting engineer supervisor
- Complex and final guarantee tests
All documentations is made in Windows Office 2000 or XP, ElCAD ver.7, AutoCAD R14, 2002 or LT. Electro-technical documentation (circuit schemes) can be drawn also in Cadelec. Customer gets documentation in paper and digital form and at request in two languages - Czech/English or Czech/German.
Special Activities
Identification of electromagnetic interference, measurements of voltage, current, power curves in industrial and distribution networks at different voltage levels.
- Measurement voltage and current harmonics levels, flicker, voltage asymmetry as requested by EN 61000 and EN 50160
- Measurement of reactive and apparent power, power factor for first harmonic, THD and real power factor
- Measurement network frequency characteristics by FFT analyzer, measurements pf real short circuit power in the network node for networks with dominant harmonics level

- Installations of devices assembled in our Division of Production or by other suppliers, according to our designing projects or designing by any other company

Reconstruction of Power Devices
- Reconstruction of existent distribution devices with minimal requests for shut-downs (ensure other substitutional supply)
- Reconstruction of static or rotary compensation without danger of high fees for low power factor (lending of substitutional compensation device)
- Using modern switchgears and other switching devices according to requirements of a customer
- Reconstructions of transformers, electromotors, generators and their reusing
Identification of Electromagnetic Interference and Active and Reactive Current Analysis
- Measurement of harmonics, voltage oscillation, flicker, asymmetry wit a modern devices according to IEC 1000-4-7, IEC 1000-3-2, IEC 1000-3-3, IEC 60868
- Measurement of active, reactive and apparent power, first harmonic power factor and real power factor in all kind of industrial or distributional networks
- Installation of precautions for ensuring of EMC in networks with high level of nonlinear loads (semiconductor converters, devices working with arc, large lighting installations, etc…)
